Welcome to the Lone Star Division Rotary Leadership Institute

The Lone Star Division Rotary Leadership Insitute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

As Rotarians, you each lead in various ways - whether in your community, your profession, or your everyday life.  At Lone Star RLI, our mission is to equip you with the tools and skills needed to excel as a club member, club leader, district-level leader and even in your profession.

We are a collaboration of Rotary Districts 5790, 5810, 5840, 5870, 5890, 5910, and 5930.  Any Rotarian or Rotaractor can attend an RLI session presented by any of our Lone Star Division districts.

Like any pursuit, the deeper your understanding, the more engaging and rewarding it becomes. Rotary is no exception - the more effort you invest, the greater the rewards.  RLI is here to help you unlock that potential. Studies show that RLI graduates are more likely to stay involved and take on greater roles within Rotary than any other group.
Rotary Leadership Institute International is not an official training program of Rotary International.
